A medium sized beefsteak tomato originally from India, it was offered here in the United State first through Seedsavers Exchange. I have seen some descriptions of the color as chocolate, but it is more purple-pink with dark green, ribbed shoulders. Very tasty in any case! 70 days to maturity on 5 foot, indeterminate plants
