Filius Blue pepper

Filius Blue is an ornamental and very hot!! pepper on a miniature plant. The plant is covered with a sea of bright blue upright fruit at all stages. Eventually the fruit turns almost black with a red blossom end. This would make a good window box pepper and would continue to produce through the winter.
