Aji Mirasol Colorado

This upward facing (mirasol) pepper is crimson red when mature, thick walled, and one of the biggest surprises in the 2024 garden. They have some heat - maybe 5,000 SHU, but are sweet and juicy as well. Excellent for either fresh use or roasting. (75 days)
