Aji Dulce

This bright orange, lantern-shaped pepper has no heat, just crisp, sweet flavor. The 2 1/2 foot tall plants are ornamental and quite productive. We used the fresh peppers in salads and I dried and ground a bunch for seasoning. It's about 90 days to maturity, so a little later.
