Bridge to Paris sweet pepper

I got this variety from Hudson Valley Seeds when they were in Santa Fe for a workshop. Hudson Valley does wonderful work finding and renewing heirloom vegetables. This is a 8 inch, thick-walled pepper with outstanding fresh flavor. We slice them up in salads all summer as they can be used either red or green. The plantsw are very vigorous and quite productive
