Snowdust Cress

Easy to grow cress makes it through the coldest winters here staying green even under the snow. It is one of the first we pick in the spring and the flavor remains tart without becoming bitter even in the heat of summer. Very nutritious as well. Leaves are deep green with a sprinking of white. Lots of seed in a packet.
