These small, white round beans get their name from the centuries-old Ash Wednesday festival Pranzo del Purgatorio. They are easy to grow and thrive in a variety of climates. The beans are tender and have less starch than some, cook up quickly, and are perfect for summer salads as well as soups and stews. Bush bean habit with some runners. 90 days. 60+ seeds per packet. Not available for international sale.
