Dove dry bean

'Dove' is a striking dry bean, feathered brown and gray with a snowy half-cap. It is a larger bean and very prolific on robust vines that climb 6 feet or more. I harvested these in August, so that's about 100 days to mature dry. These are wonderful soup beans, thin-skinned with complex flavor.
I selected and built up this variety from a handful of beans received in an exchange.
