Emerald Queen

Emerald Queen is a stunning new tomato from our breeding program. The flawless 4 oz fruit softens and blushes slightly amber when ripe. Like all green-when-ripe tomatoes, the flavor is spicy and rich. Emerald Queen is perfect used fresh for salads, making salsa verde, and pickled. Fruit sets a little later at 80 days, but the huge, healthy plants continue to bear well until frost. I am still picking them in mid-October here. A packet contains about 40 seeds.
