Dong Xuan Pepper

Named after a market in Vietnam, the Dong Xuan pepper is a thin-walled and slightly wrinkled medium hot pepper that makes a great powder. They are supposed to be around 20,000 Scoville, but that might be the low end. The very prolific plants stand about 2 foot and bear all summer. Fruit starts a light spring green then turns to brilliant orange and then red. It is about 80 days from transplant.
