Alma Paprika

Alma is a paprika pepper generally dried and ground for the spice. However, it can also be eaten fresh where its sweet flavor will spice up a green salad. The stout plants bear loads of flattened, thick-walled peppers . The 2 inch fruits start out creamy white, turn to orange before finally ripening a brilliant red.
