Tasmanian Black is a handsome, sturdy 2 foot plant that bears loads of pure black peppers that ripen to dark/mahogany. They are hot, but the spiciness is clean and doesn't linger, making them perfect for all sorts of sauces and dishes. You can dry the pods without difficulty as well. Very beautiful and highly recommended!
