Marvel Striped

I got the seed for Marvel Striped from the original Seeds of Change in Alcalde, New Mexico. It is a deeply fluted bicolor tomato from Oaxaca and one of the few yellow tomatoes with this shape. Slicing the tomato reveals a pink blush on the blossom end and an intricate pattern of partially hollow seed cavities much like its cousin, Zapotec. The flavor is subtle and flowery.
It takes about 75 days for the fruit to ripen on the 4 foot plants.
