Vedmezha Lapa

I got this variety from Ukraine, and it has been a real workhorse in the garden this season. The oblong, blocky beefsteak tomatoes are orange red with dense flesh and hearty flavor. We harvest 3 or 4 a week off each 6 foot plant. Even in this wet summer, there is virtually no cracking and the fruit holds very well on the vine and after picking.
