Ambrosia Rose UBX (experimental, high Brix)

Ambrosia Rose, a deep pink cherry/grape tomato about 3/4 inch in diameter, is the newest addition to our experimental UBX line. The fruit is not only very high in soluble solids (primarily sugars) but has a complex flavor like a fine table grape. This season there was a hint of spicy vanilla there too. The plant is big and healthy, not bothered by damp weather, pests or disease. Production is excellent and continuous beginning in about 65 days.
Ambrosia Rose UBX should be stable at F6.
