One of my favorite pink tomatoes is a variety called Violaceum Krypni-Rozo, which is quite a mouthful! I found this variety with the more sedate name of Pink Ruffled at Sandhill preseravtion and the two are very similar. Early in the season there was a bit of BER, but since it warmed up, the production has been astonishing. I am not sure a single family could keep up with the picking. It has very good flavor and the ruffled slices are a visual delight.
