Burning Spear

Burning Spear is a brilliant gold turning to deep orange on the pointed blossom end. I received seed from Carolyn Male in 2009 and grew it out. I ended up with two variations, one gold and one dark purple. Both are juicy paste tomatoes with excellent flavor. The gold is the true type and is an indeterminate, regular leaf vine that produces in abundance in mid-season. This is a very rare tomato and definitely worth growing in the garden or for market. 40 seeds per packet
