San Pedro Giant

Strong 7 foot plant produces numerous large flattened pink globes in about 72 days. The flesh is dense and dark pink with a powerful spicy flavor. I bred it for just those qualities, but the trade off is that seed is difficult to produce and limited in quantity. Regular-leaved plant.
