A beautiful tomato originally from India, Lila Sari is medium sized beefsteak - dark pink with deep green, ribbed shoulders. I've seen descriptions of the variety as chocolate, but it is more purple. Seed was offered at Seed Savers Exchange a number of years ago by German and Belgian members. Very tasty! Steady production on 5 foot indeterminate plant. 75 days.
